Abu Dhabi Chosen as Hotspot for Upcoming Theme Park
A major theme park is all set to make Abu Dhabi its mark as plans for it looms on the horizon.
Adventure World Abu Dhabi, which backers of Adventure World Poland say would be the Middle East’s largest year round theme park, is said to offer more than 25 rides on five themed islands, and will feature a total of 25 attraction spots inclusive of a water park, entertainment area with restaurants, shops and clubs, super coasters, interactive fountains, and wave pools.
Over a 100 experts will be involved in the construction of its development, though no specific timeline was mentioned of its completion.
Built in conjunction with Poland’s Adventure World Warsaw, five themed islands which its UAE counterparts are based on will have working titles of Adventure Harbour, Creature Lagoon, Castle Island, Land of Legends and “Polski” Plaza.
The backers of Adventure World Warsaw are a consortium of private and institutional investors, who plan to invest €400 million in the development’s first phase.
