INTERN REPORTER
Investvine is on the lookout for local language reporters in ASEAN to pitch compelling business news stories related to growth and innovation in the region. Our team of journalists and business consultants is looking to build unique content in the region, especially regarding startups, business deals and the adoption of innovative technology. Our previous interns have gone on to secure jobs at leading media organisations in Chicago, Stockholm and Kuala Lumpur, to name a few.
The position is remote, part time and requires a minimum of three months commitment.
Applicants should be based in one of the 10 ASEAN nations and have high proficiency in one of the regional languages.
Required skills:
- Understanding of journalistic principles of informational integrity
- Knowledge of how to conduct online research and verify sources
- Basic editorial skills
- Good English writing ability
- Interest in business news
- Ability to work remotely
Preferred skills:
- Journalistic interview experience
- Knowledge of local blogs
- Photography skills
