Paris Hilton’s Manila beach club set to open March 13
Philippine developer Century Properties said it has completed and turned over the third tower at its beach-themed condominium development Azure Urban Resort in Parañaque City, Manila. The Azure’s beach club, reportedly designed by socialite Paris Hilton, and the first phase of the beach have also been completed and will officially open on March 13, 2014.
Century Properties said the third Azure tower, St. Tropez, will turn over close to 600 units in March. The first two towers, Rio and Santorini, delivered 1,700 units in 2013.
“The Azure’s strength lies in its delivery of a permanent residence within a beach resort environment. Filipinos all over the world fully embraced the concept, because to us, life by the beach provides a relaxing and rewarding experience. We are proud to say that the Azure residents will fully experience this unique development concept – a new benchmark that the industry will see for the first time – very soon,” Century Properties Chief Operating Officer John Victor R. Antonio said.
The company said 98 per cent or over 4,000 of the launched Azure units have been pre-sold as of the third quarter of 2013. There are about 800 unlaunched units left.
Paris Hilton is expected to come to Manila for the inauguration. Century Properties said the first phase of the Azure Beach has been completed and undergoing final testing. The “beach” has fine beach sand, simulated ocean waves, waterfalls and an infinity pool.
