Singapore investments sought for Malaysia property

As Malaysia strives to meet its Economic Transformation Program (ETP) goals of economic development, namely increasing job creating and gross national income, it has invited Singaporeans to join in property investment.  Malaysia’s largest urban developer, Eastern & Oriental Bhd, held an event in Singapore to highlight investment value in Malaysian properties and to reassure potential clients of the country’s stability, forward progress, infrastructure, and favorable laws.

Foreign investment is expected to increase due to the construction of many high-rise condominiums in and around Kuala Lampur, and an increase in both Malaysian incomes and the presence of foreign workers. The ETP hopes to bring high-level income status to Malaysia and lead it into the developed world.
