SolarCity receives additional fundingSolarCity, a California cleantech firm, has announced it has received an additional $158 million in financing from its partners at US Bancorps.  The funds will be used to finance residential and commercial solar projects, and to fund its SolarLease program and other power purchase agreements.  The company now has 14 different financial funds with 6 different partners to fund the finance, installation, design, and development projects through its 24 centers in 11 states.  They have recently expanded to the US East Coast.
